I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations grow with clarity, self-awareness, and purpose.

As an executive coach and leadership development facilitator, I work with professionals to strengthen how they think, lead, and make decisions in complex environments by creating space for deeper reflection, honest conversations, and practical insight that translates into meaningful action.

Alongside coaching, I design and deliver executive education experiences grounded in real-world application, emphasizing experiential learning and encouraging participants to challenge their assumptions and apply what they learn.

Emotional intelligence sits at the core of my approach: not as a concept to understand, but as a capability to practice, helping individuals align who they are with how they lead.

Through my work with MindFlow Academy, I design and deliver executive education programs that are practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world application, covering leadership, emotional intelligence, team development, digital literacy, and analytics.

I teach management and business courses at the American University of Sharjah using experiential approaches that emphasize application, critical thinking, and real-world relevance. I have also led curriculum design initiatives, aligning programs with international standards while improving learning outcomes and assessment quality.

Educational Technology and Innovation

I develop technology-enabled learning tools that improve assessment, feedback, and learning experiences. One of these is CamGrader, a mobile application that streamlines paper-based assessment through intelligent scanning and automated grading for educators.
